Documents to be enclosed at the time of submission of Admission Form(Hard copy) :
- A copy of E-Receipt of Fee Payment
- One copy of Admit Card/Hall Ticket of Last appeared exam
- One copy of Mark Sheet of last exam passed (if any)
- 2(two) passport size photograph
- Valid OBC/SC/ST etc. certificate in original along with a copy of the same, if any
- A copy of AADHAR Card.
- Low Income Certificate from a competent authority to be produced (in Original) after admission, if any.
